Bullets

Welcome to my Blog! :)

This blog will be about anything that comes to my mind, whether it happened to me or just something I read.

First off to start, I went to the gun range for the first time in my life this past weekend.

It looked a bit like this picture but dirtier with empty shells all over the floor. Holes everywhere from the walls to the ceiling. I've seen many "funny" clips of people handling guns and getting smacked in the face due to the recoil of the gun. Anyways to progress, my friends and I entered the gun range, there was a lot going through my mind, would I be able to handle the recoil of the gun? How loud would the gun be when shot? If I screw up is someone going to get extremely injured? Yeah, I was acting like a little girl, but how can you blame me? It was my first time going to a gun range.

We went through the next few minutes like normal, got ammo and rented out a Glock. 9mm I believe. Went into the gun range with the goggles and earmuffs. We played rock, paper, scissors to see who would go first. I believe I ended up going last. Anyway, I was preparing myself to blast the first firearm of my life. My turn came up and as I held that gun to the target, I slowly pulled the trigger. It kind of felt like when you pop balloons, you anticipate the loud BANG that's going to happen as soon as you pop the balloon, but worse. As soon as I pulled the trigger BANG, and I jump. HOLY CRAP that was crazy. As I stare in awe at the gun, both my friends are laughing their asses off due to the fact that I got scared. I take aim again, bang, bang, bang and empty my clip.

Anyway, I realized like popping a balloon, guns are scary at first and after the first time, it's not that bad. That makes this place a more scarier place. It's so easy to shoot something after you shot once.

Some crazy stuff...
